Administrative Assistant
Pastor Lloyd B. Hall

‘A Laborer for the Lord’s Vineyard’

The Spirit Man Pastor Hall’s unwavering, never doubting, total belief that God can do anything faith was put into action at a very young age and he’s been walking by faith every since.  Although Pastor Hall had attended Vegas View Church of God in Christ since 1975, he surrendered his heart and life to the Lord in 1985 under the Pastorate of the late Superintendent Claude H. Parson.  He began working for the Lord immediately with a very determined heart and a mind to please the Lord.  Pastor Hall was called to preach and was ordained in 1987.  During his time at Vegas View church, the Lord trained and groomed Pastor Hall for such a time as this.  He worked in numerous positions in the church, as usher, Men’s Fellowship President, Youth Pastor and Director, Assistant and Associate Pastor, during this time he obtained theology studies through the Charles Mason Bible College.  The manifestation of the spirit has revealed many gifts of the spirit, the gift of healing, word of wisdom, the gift of faith and discernment.  A faithful servant, Pastor Hall actively supports at the District and State levels as District Superintendent and Administrative Assistant to the Nevada 1st Jurisdiction Prelate, Bishop Leon Smith.

Congratulations Superintendent Pastor Lloyd B. Hall.  Supt. Hall was appointed by the Nevada 1st Ecclesiastic Jurisdiction Prelate, Bishop Leon Smith to the newly formed Upper Room District as Superintendent as of December 2012.

January 2015 marks a new endeavor and assignment from the Lord.
Supt. Hall has been appointed by Bishop Smith to the post as one of his Administrative Assistants and reassigned as the Fellowship District Superintendent.
Congratulations Administrative Assistant Lloyd B. Hall.

Psalms 75: 6-7  For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.   But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

The Man:  A lifetime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, born June 1, 1959 to the late Deacon L.B. Hall and Mother Lola Hall.  He married his lovely wife Debbie in July 1982 and to their union are two beautiful children, Lloyd Marcel and Shanera Danielle Hall.  Pastor Hall has worked in the carpentry field for over 25 years.  He is a licensed Journeyman, retired from the Local Carpenters Union and has been self-employed.  He was once advised to go into the construction field as a laborer, an area more familiar for black people.  Instead, Pastor Hall had the courage to challenge what was expected; and in the early 1980’s was the only black skilled tradesman in the acoustical ceiling trade.  That tenacity enabled him to take that skill and pursue another position later within the Clark County School District; in 1992 he was hired as the first black from the outside into the carpentry department.  The Lord has since elevated Pastor Hall to the position of liaison between the schools and the support facility departments.  Pastor Hall’s gleeful personality, a loving heart, giving spirit and compassion for people, has allowed him to be effective both in the world and kingdom work.
